📘 Inflatable Rental Terms & Safety Agreement

Welcome to Pop & Play,

To ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone, please review the following rules and terms.

By placing a booking on this website, you agree to all conditions below.

🎯 Renter Responsibilities

• You (the Renter) are responsible for all participants, including children, guests, neighbors, and anyone who uses the inflatable.
• A competent adult (18+) must supervise at ALL times.
• The inflatable may NOT be moved, re-staked, or adjusted after setup.
• You agree to inspect the unit before use and report any issues immediately.

🛑 Safety Rules (Must Be Followed at All Times)

• No flips, wrestling, or rough play
• No shoes
• No food, drinks, candy, or gum
• No silly string, confetti, slime, or glitter (these permanently damage inflatables)
• No pets inside the inflatable
• No climbing on walls, netting, or roof
• Only similar-sized users should bounce at the same time
• Do not exceed posted capacity or weight limits

Failure to follow these rules may result in injuries or damage fees.

🌧 Weather Policy

For safety reasons, you must IMMEDIATELY DEFLATE the inflatable in the following conditions:

• Wind over 15–20 mph
• Lightning or thunder
• Heavy rain
• Any unsafe condition

You are responsible for loss or damage caused by not deflating in dangerous weather.

🧼 Cleaning & Damage Fees

You agree to be financially responsible for:

• Excessive cleaning (food, drinks, mud, paint, gum)
• Tears, cuts, punctures, or misuse damage
• Missing stakes, blowers, tarps, or cords
• Silly string damage (often requires full replacement)

📑 Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By booking with Pop & Play, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Inflatables involve inherent risks, including falling, collisions, and slipping.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use and supervision of the inflatable.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the rental company, its owners, and employees from all injury or damage claims arising from use, supervision, weather, or participant behavior.
• You understand you cannot waive the legal rights of minors under Utah law,
  but you accept full responsibility for supervising all minors and guests.

By completing a booking, digitally signing, or using the equipment, you agree to:

• The Indemnity Agreement
